We have the technical capability to repair barcoding equipment from manufacturers such as Symbol, Telxon, HHP, Psion, and many others in-house.

Repair Types

Whether you are looking for the peace of mind provided by a maintenance contract, or you would prefer the freedom of ad-hoc repairs, we have something to suit you.

Ad-hoc Repairs

Simply file an RMA with us and send us your broken data capture devices. We will evaluate each unit and send you a quote for repairing them within 9 days of reciept. If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed then we will carry out the repairs and return your devices to you by next day delivery. We aim to dispatch ad-hoc repairs within 9 working days of the day that they were delivered to us.

We have two different pricing structures for ad-hoc repairs which allows you greater flexibility in planning expenditure.

Maintenance Contracts

We also offer Maintenance Contracts with a faster turn-around time to keep your downtime to a minimum, and often substancial cost savings over the course of the contract when compared to Ad-hoc repairs.

We offer a 5 day turn-around time with our Maintenance Contracts, which means that we will dispatch your units just 5 working days after we receive them. That’s just one week that your devices are out of action compared to three weeks or longer if you were using the original equipment manufacturer to maintain your units.
