Laser Data Systems offers a variety of services and products that make your life easier, from repairing your broken barcoding equipment, to testing RF networks and buying back unused IT hardware.
Repair
Our repair service covers many manufacturers and models. Whether you have a large install base of the latest product from a single manufacturer, or utilise legacy equipment from several different product lines, we can keep you up and running. Our expertise covers all the major manufacturers and models, and unlike many repair centres, we also specialise in equipment that the manufacturer no longer produces, or even supports.
Refurbish
If you want to add to your current pool of data capture equipment, but find that the manufacturer no longer produces or sells your model, then you need look no further. Laser Data Systems can source and refurbish many models that the manufacturer has deemed to be end of life. In addition, buying refurbised second user equipment can help your IT budget stretch further.
Recycle
Recycling is more important these days than ever before. We try and do our bit by reusing as much redundant electronic equipment as we can, and that means that we want the barcoding and data capture equipment that you were going to throw away.
Site Survey
Installing a new wireless network or upgrading an existing one requires analysis of the site and existing equipment in order to get the best results. Our services include both initial site surveys and testing of current systems to locate faults or weaknesses in your setup. Create a faster, more reliable network with help from us.
On-Site
Sometimes it makes more sense for you to have upgrades to your equipment carried out on site. If you would prefer for one of our engineers to visit you to carry out maintenance, or to audit your equipment prior to taking out a maintenance contract then we can help with that.
Configuration
Have you ever wished that you could take a new piece of electronic equipment out of the box and just start using it right away? With our pre-delivery configuration service, we take the time and hassle spent on setup away from you, allowing you to concentrate on your core business while we prepare your units to work as soon as they are delivered.
